If. by great fortune, you find yourself visiting the Thimble Islands on the Connecticut Coast, you must consider taking one of the tours on a small and historic boat to experience the islands from the water, hear the history, local folklore, and myth. I was struck by so much beauty on my first tour that I knew a series of paintings would emerge. Fine Lines is one of several houses I fell in love with. Floating by I could easily imagine the salt air filling the house as well as the colors of sea and sky reflected in tile, glass, or porcelain.  I could imagine cozy naps and fires warming up cool evenings.  I could also imagine an osprey nest resting high up in their pine. 

Fine Lines original is sold in a gold tabletop frame that measures 3.75" x 4.75". The print is sold in a white mat with backing and measures 3" x 4".
