'Relating' is a pastel painting of one of my favorite spots where my brother Sean lives in the New York State side of the Berkshires. The three chairs are placed strategically in front of a gorgeous view of flower gardens, meadows, rolling hills and a big slice of sky where sunrises and sunsets take your breath away.

At any given point in the day you will see three different characters sitting in those chairs chatting about inconsequential subjects or those of great importance or not talking at all and just taking in the view. The scene always makes me smile. Even the resident cat, Julia, gets in on the action rolling around contentedly in puddles of sunshine.

'Relating' measures 5" x 8" and is sold unframed. Please contact me if you are interested in purchasing it framed.
