Baby Terrapin is an art card printed from an original watercolor. I imagined this scene as I watched in awe as baby terrapins make their way to the water for the first time at the Wellfleet Audubon Sanctuary on Cape Cod. They are so tiny, beautiful, and fearless as they make the treck that their ancestors have done for millions of years. With so many predators around awaiting their arrival it is totally amazing the species have stood the test of time. I am humbled and thus, I had to paint this image.
